Key Responsibilities:

  • Works along with the sales team on customer data management
  • Ensuring Isell coordination, updating and managing
  • Gathers customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions
  • Works along with the products on customers quotes submission
  • Works along with the sales team in Customer Data Management in Isell
  • Isell Data Management, Clean Up and assisting the sales team in training on Isell
  • Plans and manages Business Customers Quote Submission
  • Follows up with the Customers on the status of the Quotes submitted
  • Completely assists the sales team in DGF CRM
  • To work with the Sales team and the Management on the Tender Submission of the Customers / Prospects and Analyses the Technical Aspects of the Customers Tenders Requirements
  • Super user for I-Sell and Quoteshop
  • Providing assistance on Sales / BRM Presentations to the management
  • Analyzing the Data performance customer wise and giving the feedback to sales and management team
  • Supporting the Sales team on the Global Sales Campaigns

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Deep knowledge on DGF products (AFR/OFR)
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ideally selling experience in competitive markets
  • High degree of selfconfidence, initiative and commitment
  • PC literate, excellent organizational, communication incl. telephone and writing skills competencies
