Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Manager, HR Management and related course
  • At least 19 years of professional work experience
  • Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the HEALTH sector
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Experience in handling employee relations
  • Understanding of labor and employment law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make datadriven HR decisions
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies
  • Experience in performance management and employee development
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives
  • Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
  • GCC Experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
