The responsibilities of the role include welcoming and helping guests navigate through the office.

In addition, the role will maintain calendars for appointments, manage meeting rooms, assist with basic administration, including but not limited to travel arrangements.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist company visitors on arrival.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail or deliveries.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures including upkeep of the visitor logbook and control of access via the reception desk.
  • Supervision of kitchen, maintenance, and cleaning personnel.
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and prepare vouchers.
  • Manage office related administration, expenditure records, and budgets.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Prepare adhoc reports on projects as needed.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
