Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Reap HR. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between our clients and studio employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage studio bookings, ensuring appointments are scheduled without conflicts and maximizing studio capacity.
  • Handle payments from customers, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with photographers and clients to schedule and confirm sessions.
  • Resolve issues and address complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Maintain client databases and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.
