Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Reap HR. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between our clients and studio team employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect the studio to ensure it is well-prepared for client arrivals, including inventory management, equipment arrangement, and in-stocking.
  • Manage studio bookings, ensuring appointments are scheduled without conflicts and maximizing studio capacity.
  • Handle payments from customers, prepare invoices accordingly, and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Coordinate with photographers and clients to schedule and confirm sessions.
  • Maintain accurate client databases and record-keeping.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supervisory experience is preferred.
