We are seeking Agents to be part of the Qatar Airways Doha Contact Centre team in Qatar. This is a fantastic chance to venture into the Aviation industry.
As a Customer Contact Centre Agent, your mission will be to deliver exceptional service to Qatar Airways customers through various communication channels like phone, email, and web chat. Your main goal will be to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in every interaction, collaborating closely with the team to provide top-tier service.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Handle in-bound calls and customer queries professionally. Offer and promote Qatar Airways products to customers.
- Make new reservations, modify existing ones, quote correct fares, and explain ticket rules.
- Deal with multiple products/services, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Support E-commerce, Trade, and Frequent Flyer Program operations.
- Process ticket refunds.
Upon joining, you will undergo comprehensive training on Amadeus systems and Qatar Airways procedures. You will be guided by a team of skilled professionals throughout your training.

Qualifications
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Prior experience with GDS Systems (Amadeus) is a plus. IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course certification is advantageous.
- Proficient in computers and typing.
Communication Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Active listening skills
- Adept in managing high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.

- Interactive and customer-focused with a friendly and expressive demeanor.
- Always prioritize customer satisfaction in responses and interactions.
- Polite, dependable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
