Sales Executive for Business Solutions and Services

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain existing and obtain new larger corporate, Govt Semi Govt. commercial & SMB customer accounts. Assure customer engagement and satisfaction by proper needs assessment, timely response, and efficient handling of business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to division sales growth. Plan weekly/monthly customer visitation plans in coordination with the next line manager. Maintain up-to-date sales funnel records, evaluate & respond periodically to upcoming sales opportunities. Gather and report market intelligence based on real activity. Follow Division guidelines and be responsible for achieving the allocated monthly sales target per period.
  2. Recommend adequate stock availability. Maintain visibility as per demand and expected orders. Be available to customers, approach, and maintain good relations with assigned territory customers/accounts.
  3. Interface with customers, share company profile and strengths, establish relations, conduct customer needs assessments, and present the strengths of products and solutions.
  4. Inspire influencers and decision-makers at customer locations for successfully closing deals. Study the competition, communicate market information, and offer attractive customer proposals.
  5. Maintain up-to-date sales and communicate demands. Liaise with the back office, services, and logistics functions to ensure delivery & installation as per customer satisfaction, debt recovery, etc. Responsible for customer relation management, sales growth, and expansion.
  6. Stay informed on product/solution knowledge, market trends, customer demand assessments, competition activity, strengths/weaknesses, and provide counter-analysis and recommendations.
  7. Engage in creative thinking to influence customized offerings and explore further ways to deepen customer relations and vertical/horizontal sales.
  8. Increase prospects, follow up on opportunities, and deepen customer relations.
  9. Prioritize key strategic customers and engage senior/relevant expertise for complex deals.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and share periodical progress with the department.

Education | Skills | Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent (University Degree holder preferred).
  2. At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the same line of business with a proven success track record with larger entities.
  3. Office Equipment/Digital Document Solution/Managed Print Services certification/training is a must.
  4. Qatar market exposure/contacts, Qatari driving license + vehicle are preferred.
  5. English fluency is a must. Arabic is an added advantage.
