- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote and sell outsourcing solutions across various industries
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Attend networking events & industry trade shows
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in sales (outsourcing/staffing industry mandatory)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Valid Qatar ID & Driving License (Mandatory)
Only candidates with an outsourcing or recruitment background will be shortlisted
