Large F&B operation with 10 outlets and caters to significant banquets/outside catering. The hotel's F&B offering includes restaurants such as Nobu, Curiosa by Jean-George and Le Deli Robuchon.

Responsibilities:-

As the Pastry Chef of Le Deli Robuchon, you will lead a team of 12 chefs. It is your job to excite and delight our guests with extraordinary desserts, pastries, and all things sweet in the hotel. You will be reporting to the Assistant Director of F&B and will be working very closely with the Outlet Manager.

Desired Skills And Experience

  1. Minimum 5 years management experience in high-end pastry operations with a similar brand.
  2. The ability to oversee the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration.
  3. The ability to work closely with the Outlet Manager, Hotel Management & Robuchon Corporate Team.
  4. The ability to maintain control systems that will assure quality and portion consistency, monitor food shipments to ensure they meet established purchasing specifications as well as foster an awareness of the importance of food preparation and quality.
  5. As a Department Leader, you will motivate and develop a team, leading by example at all times, and instill a culture of continuous learning and improvement among your staff.
  6. You actively participate in Employee Relations activities and programs.
  7. You are actively involved in identifying and assessing the needs of your team and investing in their career development through effective coaching, training, and by instilling our company values.
  8. When dealing with external and internal customers, you live by the Golden Rule.
  9. You will use your unique personality and service style fulfilling the Four Seasons & Robuchon standards creating a special and memorable experience
