Executive Assistant to Chairman

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure efficient communication.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize board meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Monitor and prioritize requests and tasks to align with the Chairman's objectives.
Requirements:
- Must have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Asian Nationality, Male.
- Must have Qatar Driving License.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Office Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage schedules effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other office software is crucial.
