Inside Sales Product Specialist

What you'll achieve

As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales team that address customers' varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:

  1. Drive and grow Services Sales revenue selling the value internally and externally.
  2. Drive Deployment Services and Professional Services including Managed Services and Consulting Services across AI, GenAI, Cyber Security, cloud and Business Continuity Solutions.
  3. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners and customers.
  4. Act as a Subject Matter Expert with Dell's sales organization to help meet and exceed business objectives, leveraging the Services portfolio.
  5. Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend highly sophisticated alternative technology solutions.

Essential Requirements

  1. Knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Dell's products effectively with customers.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
  3. Ability to balance demands from multiple partners, coordinating teams where appropriate to ensure timely delivery.

Desirable Requirements

  1. 3+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in related field.
