Summary of the Role

As a Digital and Innovation Consultant at KPMG, you will be a vital part of our dynamic team, working on multi-million engagements in the public sector. Your role will involve coordinating, reporting, and leading cross-functional teams, focusing on driving innovation and digital transformation. You'll work closely with our clients, offering expertise in strategy, project management, and product development. The role

  1. Lead coordination and reporting for multi-million public sector engagements.
  2. Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  3. Consolidate and analyze large data sets to prepare recurring reports.
  4. Maintain detailed project plans, communicate deliverables, progress, and performance.
  5. Establish a multi-dimensional task prioritization process.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders from public and private sectors.
  7. Perform market research, customer segmentation, and demographics analysis.
  8. Develop business plans, including SWOT analysis and competitive research.
  9. Calculate TAM, SOM, and SAM with financial forecasting.
  10. Create business roadmaps and regional expansion strategies.
  11. Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence.

The person

  1. 3-8 years expertise in project management, strategy, and leadership.
  2. GCC experience and/or bilingual (Arabic & English).
  3. Project Management certifications: PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma.
  4. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and innovation drive.
  5. Excellent strategic thinking and product management skills.
  6. Consensus building and effective communication skills.
  7. Design thinking expertise.
  8. Familiar with different PM styles: Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
  9. Proficiency with project management tools.
  10. Market research and competitive analysis experience.
  11. Financial forecasting and business planning skills.
  12. Experience in multi-million public sector engagements is desirable.
