Job Description Purpose : Workclosely with the Service Management Manager to develop tools andsolutions to fulfil business and operational needs related to Service Assurance This includes process automation, enhancements,and integration with other OSS/BSS Responsibilities: Design and develop quality assurance tools or solutions based onbusinessrequirements Interact with other teams to assess new opportunities andparticipate in requirementsgathering Carry out code development, enhancement andoptimization Deploy software tools, processes, and implement new automaticscripts andapplications Manage project delivery with vendors and internalstakeholders Maintain and upgrade existingsystems Perform software testing and support the end-to-endprocess Troubleshoot applications and softwareissues Solicit user feedback and recommendimprovements Develop technical documentations to guide future softwaredevelopmentprojects Trainusers Requirements Qualifications Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Studies,Information Technology, orequivalent1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in a softwaredevelopmentenvironment Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, Core Internet Protocols (such asMPLS, DNS, DHCP, RTP, BGP,IS-IS) Familiar with telecom service assurance processes, networkmonitoring tools andmethodologies Familiar with network telemetry technology andconcepts Hands-on experienceswith: C/C++, C#, Java, Go, Ruby, Perl orPython Deploying and maintaining Linux VMUnix commands and shellscripting Containers, dockers andKubernetes Databases (SQL and No SQL) Elastic Stack, Influx DB, Grafana, UIPath, RANCID,Ansible Demonstrated knowledgeof: Automation concepts (RPA and Ansible) Cloudconcepts Dev Ops Source control management/ version control including GitHubREST orYAMLHandled full Software Development Life Cycle Qualifications Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,Computer Studies, Information Technology, or equivalent 1 to 2years of relevant working experiences in a software developmentenvironment Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, Core Internet Protocols (such as MPLS, DNS, DHCP, RTP, BGP, IS-IS) Familiar withtelecom service assurance processes, network monitoring tools andmethodologies Familiar with network telemetry technology andconcepts Hands-on experiences with: C/C++, C#, Java, Go, Ruby, Perlor Python Deploying and maintaining Linux VM Unix commands andshell scripting Containers, dockers and Kubernetes Databases (SQLand No SQL) Elastic Stack, Influx DB, Grafana, UIPath, RANCID,Ansible Demonstrated knowledge of: Automation concepts (RPA and Ansible) Cloud concepts Dev Ops Source control management/ versioncontrol including Git Hub REST or YAML Handled full Software Development Life Cycle
