Responsibilities

  • Drive operations with our vendor partners. Provide operational leadership to the workflow, engage and inspire our service provider teams to ensure vendor teams are exceeding expectations and creating customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes to help address business needs. Re-engineer processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, and operationalize solutions with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Ensure all vendor relationships comply with relevant laws and regulations in China. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential vendor-related risks.
  • Act as a knowledge manager for a ground vendor sales operations.
  • Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes, participate in vendor planning activities, and contribute to ongoing operation improvements.
