We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries and provide support over the phone. The Call Center Agent will answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
• Document customer interactions and update records.
• Meet performance targets and call quality standards.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
