Employee Relations Manager

Job Objective :
To execute activities related to employee relations in order to ensure systematic application of personnel policies and procedures and day to day support in all employee relations matters in order to provide an efficient service to management and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
Policies Systems Processes & Procedures Employee Services & Grievances Disciplinary Actions Employee Records & Documentation & Employee Engagement.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
23 years of experience in employee relations
