Explaining HR Policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Implement and follow the best HR Practices available in the market for smooth functioning of the Department.
- Conduct orientation for the new employees to create awareness of the DCH and its processes.
- Investigate grievances, harassment, workplace violence, absence, and disciplinary cases; conducts effective interviews of concerned parties, extracts pertinent information, and produces the necessary investigation reports with recommendations. Ensures effective dispute resolution and the promotion of good working relationships.
- Maintains comprehensive and confidential case records. Prepares statistical reports, warnings and advisories as required by Management.
- Contract Management.Coordinate with PRO for the Visas, QID Cards and Medical of employees.
- Conduct Exit interviews and off boarding procedures with departing employees. Coordinate data to produce Termination Reports for Payroll.
- Stay up to date with current employee relations legislation and country law.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Tracking, Processing and Maintaining Leave Applications and maintaining the data to submit to the payroll.
- Submission of expenses, employee travel coordination, scheduling meetings, conference registration, etc.
- Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies.
- Managing the relationship between the organization and Employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned in compliance with the HR Policy and Procedures of DCH.
- Additional responsibilities as directed by the Management.
