Property Coordinator

Co-ordinating and supervising security guards regarding visitors or any update in the compound during the day off.
- Co-ordinating and supervising with the cleaners in maintaining the cleanliness and of the compound.
- Receiving documents and cheques from the Tenants.
- Informing the Superior for any received documents or cheques.
- Sending all relevant documents to the head office.
- Receiving the documents (lease agreements, etc.) from the head office to be given to the Tenant and making sure to have receiving copy signed by the Tenant.
- Receiving Tenant's request regarding maintenance work (ac repairs, chiller or water cooling repairs, pest control treatment, plumbing, electrical problem, etc.)
- Co-ordinating with the maintenance request of the Tenant to the appropriate team in order to provide an efficient quality service.
- Checking availability of the Tenant and arranging schedules regarding pest control or maintenance works.
- Once all works are completed the Tenant is required to sign the job Cards.
- Assisting and supporting prospect customers for property viewing.
- AMC monthly schedule follow-up and monitoring
- Monitoring the monthly pest control treatment.
- Checking the condition of the swimming pools by co-ordaining with the relevant Company.
- Checking and reporting any facility maintenance issue (gates, elevators, etc.). Co-ordinating the facility maintenance issue to the appropriate team.
- Providing a daily garbage disposal report.
- Making sure all Tenants are following their lease agreements terms (as per the Check-in, check-out and general terms of the contract).
- Coordinating and scheduling between facility and tenant
- Responsible for check in/out as dictated in process
- Kahramaa transfer follow up: transfer to tenant name upon check in and final settlement during check out
- Maintain and implement property protocols and regulations with tenant
- Proper documentation of maintenance and EMC
- Proper documentation of check in/ out
- Incident report and submission
