Printing the work orders (tenant’s complaint and request)
- Releasing and closing the work orders (reactive) through ERP system.
- Closing PPM Work Orders and Creating work orders.
- Creating technical report for the furniture’s that needs to be replaced / fixed.
- Preparing asset transfer form for the appliances that needs to be disposed.
- Receiving and creating work completion report for every invoices.
- Coordinating with supplier / contractor regarding the update of the work.
- Uploading checked out checked in apartments in the system and preparing the checkout clearance form.
- Purchasing materials & uploading technical report & Scope of work using ERP system.
- In charge for the reimbursement of petty cash & credit card.
- Consolidating and monitoring the work orders / job cards of all Westbay Properties.
- Reminding the Facility Engineers / Facility Supervisors a week before to conduct the pre
- check out inventory.
- Giving work permit for every work that needs to be conducted in the property.
- Processing all the request of staff uniforms, beddings, vacation leave, exit permit, QID & Health card renewal.
- Preparing the daily & monthly summary attendance of staffs.
- Preparing & gathering all the documents for ISO needed for the internal & external audit.
- Coordinating with property manager for the approval of documents like technical report, invoices, comparison sheet, asset transfer form and checkout clearance form.
- Consolidating & sending daily reports of pending work orders for various properties.
- Filing of documents such as transmittal, personnel time-sheet, Technical Reports,
- Coordinating with procurement team for arranging quotations.
