Job Description:
Ø Taking calls from customers, answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.

Ø handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs and Fill Inquiry Form that include basic information about the property they are looking to purchase.

Ø Using the Property Finder CRM system to export leads and updating their requirements and distribute it to the agents.

Ø Distributing Leads to Sales agents according to area\ project of focus for each agent.

Ø Following up with sales agents for leads registration in the system and helping them with that if needed, and constantly alert them about the matter.

Ø Entering and updating clients’ details (leads/ owners) into the database (in CRM and Separate Excel Sheet).

Ø Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.

Ø Preparing a weekly report about the lead received as per projects, area, budget, property type.

Ø Keeping positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.

Ø Coordinating with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

Ø Providing timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.

Ø Finding properties, using personal or given contacts from company and list them following capstone listing standards (as per ministry of Justice policies).

Ø Collecting all listing requirements from the agents and add it to the company data (confidential and it must not be shared with anyone without prior approval from the managing partner/ Director.

Ø Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the company data (from company and agents contacts).

Ø Providing timely feedback to company management regarding challenges faced by sales agents.
