Application Support Team Lead

3. Experience managing teams of support staff.
4. Demonstrated experience in drafting RFPs and evaluating vendor proposals.
5. Knowledge of governance and compliance procedures for enterprise systems.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
1. Manage, supervise and provide direction for the Application Support team, ensuring that all service level agreements are met, and incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
2. Ensure that all incidents, problems, and service requests are tracked, managed, and resolved in accordance with established processes.
10. Drafting RFPs and evaluating vendor proposals for new systems and upgrades.
11. Performing technical evaluations and making recommendations for system improvements.
12. Overseeing governance and compliance with policies and procedures on the operations team.
13. Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve system issues.
14. Providing regular reports on system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
15. Ensuring system uptime and availability.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
3. Experience managing teams of support staff.
4. Demonstrated experience in drafting RFPs and evaluating vendor proposals.
5. Knowledge of governance and compliance procedures for enterprise systems.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
9. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
