**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Incident Management:

- Log all incidents and service requests accurately and follow up on them to ensure resolution.
- Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis, resolving incidents within the agreed service levels.

Problem Resolution:

- Escalate complex issues to L2 or L3 support teams when necessary, ensuring clear communication of the problem and steps taken.

User Support:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
- Document common issues and solutions to create a knowledge base for users and support teams.

System Monitoring:

- Generate and review system reports to identify potential issues before they impact users.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with other support teams, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on current issues and support activities.

Documentation:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
