**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The HR Executive will act as a liaison between employees and management, assisting with any HR-related inquiries and helping to create a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- **Onboarding and Orientation**:
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Ensure new hires complete necessary documentation and are introduced to company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure new hires have the tools and resources to succeed.
- **Employee Records and Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Assist in resolving employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Promote a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Support HR initiatives that foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- **Training and Development**:
- Coordinate internal training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Track employees' professional development and assist in identifying training needs.
- Support career development and succession planning programs.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**:
- Assist in processing payroll by collecting employee attendance data and verifying timesheets.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for benefit claims and enrollment.
- **Performance Management**:
- Support the performance review process by coordinating assessments and feedback sessions.
- Track employee performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- **Compliance and Legal Support**:
- Ensure the company’s HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in audits and prepare reports related to HR compliance.
- Stay updated on employment law changes and inform management as necessary.
- **General HR Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR-related documentation and employee manuals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 5-8 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
