Site Administrator

Maintain and control the document filing system on sites liaising between plant sites and head office for internal concerns.
- Manage and process the expenses of operation employees through NAV system and maintain the reimbursement records in respective files.
- Support Plant Managers on site operations action plans and report operational activities which is monitored in a weekly basis.
- Liaise with HR Supervisor in Head Office to support some HR related topics for operations team such as employees annual leave, emergency leaves, overtime etc.
- Welcome visitors on the site ensuring personal gate pass, vehicle permits, and technical guidance is provided in terms of HSE&Q procedure which needs to be strictly obeyed.
- Order and maintain all the stationary and office supply as well as devising the office systems for the site.
- Archive the necessary documents, reports and employee files in respective folders and support operations team on photocopying and printing various documents.
- Administer the petty cash of the site with in line with Finance procedure.
- Support on housekeeping activities and improvement of site offices.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
High School graduation in a secondary level
**Minimum Experience**:
2+ years of previous experience in administering site offices.
**Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical)**:
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
Proficient in MS Word, Excel
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Multitasking ability
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
