**Position description**:

Employee Relations Officer M/F

**Job description**:
- To ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and labor law.
- To ensure employee satisfaction.
- To address employee day to day requirements and concerns.
- Drafting employment contracts and amendments.
- Support and advice managers and HR team on employee relations issues.
- o coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilization of new hires.
- To maintain HR records and employee files.
- To prepare monthly HR reports.
- To ensure smooth Onboarding and offboarding process.
- To promote healthy working environment
**Profile**:
- Strong administrative capabilities and presentation skills
- Experience of working within multinational team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills word, excel, power point
- Qatar experience is a must
- Well versed with Qatar labor law.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
- Experience within the construction industry would and advantage
