**About the role**

We are hiring for your skills to be responsible for carrying out transport service in a customer service oriented, safe and timely manner. Ensuring that vehicle is maintained to acceptable safety standards. Responsible for collection and distribution of documentations from assigned sections/departments and vice versa is delivered, without error and within set timeframes. Perform general office administration duties ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.


Other operational duties would include:

- Serves as key transportation provider by driving various vehicles to pick up and deliver documents, mails, and people to various destinations.
- Keeps regular schedule picking up and delivering inter office, department, company and external company documents, mails, small packages, to and from all points.
- Ensure the office vehicle is in good running condition and report promptly if any repairs/maintenance checks required.
- Maintain service & appearance of the vehicle and making sure that the vehicle hygienically maintained as per corporate standard.
- Assists in transportation of newly arrived staff and visitors to their respective offices.
- Timely collection of all mails in the post office and assist in the sorting process.
- Assists in any other office day-to-day work as directed by the supervisor (i.e. procurement, sorting of documents).
- Ensures confidentiality of all the tasks carried out and handles documents with utmost care.
- Ensures delivery of documents to the correct personnel/department within QR Group.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Team.
- Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with Entry level roles
- Must have valid Qatari Driver’s License and a knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.

Preferred
- High school graduate.
- Up to 2 years driving experience in Qatar.
- Drivers experience, preferably in a multinational/airlines/hospitality organization.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Good driving skills - familiar with city roads - aware of traffic regulations.
