Receptionist/office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- Schedule appointments and manage the company's calendar
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Assisting with project coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
