Administrative Assistant/ Paralegal- Arabic

- **Admin**:_
- Assist in drafting, filing and compiling property sales contracts including their support documents
- Responsible for document control of sales activities, including verifying all supporting documents and information related to sales & purchase agreements, brokerage, commercial and third party agreements
- Ensure all internal records are accurate and up to date as per Finance and Sales departments
- Assist in creating summary reports for projects progress reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the process flows as per the established monitoring and control procedures (verifying all documents received are complete)
- Assist in drafting proposals for new projects, including data collection, presentations design and project specifics
- Coordinate with the relevant department once commercial agreements are due for renewal and communicate with 3rd parties
- Maintain templates for presentations/contracts to streamline the proposals process
- Assist in implementing the legal procedures for property sales and marketing activities
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks relating to proposals, meetings, sales/leasing, performance review and target monthly.
- Draft legal documents such as agreements, contracts etc..
- check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy.
