Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. This position will require leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively train and organize the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service agents, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the team is knowledgeable about company products, policies, and procedures
- Organize and distribute workloads to ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to individual agents
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints, escalating issues to higher management as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present performance reports to management
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
