**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**Stock and Systems**
- Review requisition orders to ensure the accuracy of materials and equipment information
- Detect stock shortage through proper monitoring of accurate inventory information and refiling the stock internally between locations
- Maintain stock rotation and ensure disposing of any outdated or expired stock
- Identify and distribute stock to appropriate locations within and out of the company premises

**Inventory**
- Update inventory records with new information on a regular basis
- Maintain inventory levels and sound alerts on low inventories
- Perform physical count of inventory and perform reconciliation with actual available stock
- Investigate inventory errors and perform corrective measures
- Inform Senior Coordinator in case of inventory discrepancies
- Operate both manual and computerized inventory systems to punch in values of goods and equipment

**Material Handling**
- Assist customers in locating their packages and handle any exchanges that may need to be made
- Perform activities related to the handling, maintenance and distribution of materials stored in cold storage (chiller +1 to +7 and frozen -22 to -28) and other facilities within the cold chain

Other
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- Secondary School

**Professional Experience**:

- 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution area
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience in warehousing/ inventory/ shipping/ receiving is preferred

**Geographic Experience**:

- Middle East/GCC Experience is preferred

**Computer Skills**:

- Experience in using modern WMS systems including barcoding, Master data, RF, etc..

**Language Skills**:

- Working knowledge of English
- Other languages are preferred

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of general warehouse operations
- Understanding of Good Warehouse practices (Safe handling, operations, Material Handling Equipment - MHE, racking, etc.)
