Qatar Daikin Europe N.V. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the establishment and oversight of the contractor sales network for Daikin residential and commercial products in the Qatar market.
- Focus on products such as Wall, Ducted, Cassette, Rooftop units, Air Purifier, and VRV/VRF systems.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while actively promoting Daikin products in the Qatar market.
- Generate and cultivate opportunities across various market channels.
- Manage inquiries across design, ongoing, and tender projects.
- Identify and appoint new accounts within the designated territory.
- Drive sales growth by maximizing revenue with a keen focus on strong margins within assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency to articulate and showcase Daikin's superiority over competitors.
- Innovate and develop tools to expand Daikin's market share.
- Monitor competitor product prices and provide regular reports to the line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with reputable manufacturers in Qatar.
- Sound knowledge of various HVAC systems with the ability to conduct detailed analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a strong network of business contacts, including clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Adeptness in navigating contractual terms and conditions related to HVAC projects.
- Familiarity with industry trends and competition in the HVAC Manufacturer/Distribution/Dealer sector.
- Possession of a valid Qatar driving license.
- Proven track record of successful project management in HVAC.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to evolving industry dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
