Position Title : Account Manager
- Telecom solution selling

Reporting To : Middle East Sales Head

Base Location : Doha, Qatar

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Account Manager is to:
Manage and lead the sales and business development efforts of his/her portion of the Group account, ensuring sales targets are met, while driving customer engagement and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Targets : Overall, responsible for ensuring that order booking and other sales target
- Client Relationship : Ensure Customer Satisfaction is high in the account, driving the CSAT target for the entire account by engaging with the client and ensuring highest levels of service from all products of the company.
- Collections : Overall, responsibility of ensuring collections and payments in the region
- Process Compliance: Ensure all processes related to Bid Management, Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales Forecasting etc are adhered to in the region
- Account Management: Build Account Management & Solution selling in the region.
- Internal stakeholder management : Work collaboratively to drive efficiencies with internal teams of company(PU, Channel Sales, Delivery organization etc) and create win-win situations while handling customer engagement on the ground
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Functional
- Knowledge of Telecom IT/BSS, Analytics, VAS and its ecosystem.
- Sales and Customer Management skills.
- Experience in Account Management with discipline for sales closures and ability to manage Group vs OpCo dynamics.
- Experience in creating leads by basic understanding of technical requirements.
- Telecom knowledge desirable (Basic awareness for Network Elements).
- Go-getter and Entrepreneurial.
Education and Experience
- BE / B Tech is essential and an MBA in Marketing is preferable
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience. People with experience of working with Group operators in the Middle East.
- Experience of managing Ooredoo Account would be preferable

- Strong strategic acumen coupled with execution capability, as the person would be groomed to manage the Key Accounts within the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR20,000.00 - QAR45,000.00 per month
