Job Description:

  1. Accountable for the MX B2B Sales KPIs, forecasting, and management planning of assigned categories.
  2. Building strong relations with corporates and developing/expanding current channels/programs in Qatar.
  3. Acquire new partners/customers in new territories and within addressed markets.
  4. Liaise to determine competitive pricing, securing stocks and promotional activities for each product category.
  5. Assist in the development & support of B2B strategies and category-level planning to maximize B2B Sales.
  6. Provide recommendations to improve channel sales with a focus on driving premium sell-out strategies.
  7. Data management and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly sales insights.
  8. Create ad-hoc and regular reports to senior leadership on key plans and results.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 1 year of related experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience in relationship building and growing current channels.
  3. Strong Qatar market knowledge.
  4. Strong analytical skills to be able to track and generate data-based insights.
  5. Comfortable in a cross-functional environment, flexible and open to ideas from all areas and levels of the organization, while also confident and decisive in a large organization.
  6. Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and manage change effectively.
  7. Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology.
  8. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  9. Driving Licence with car.
