Currently, we supply our products with Carrefour, Monoprix, Mega Mart, AL Meera, Lulu Hypermarkets, Talabat Mart, Snoonu Mart.

**1. Job Description - Retail Sales Manager/Channel Manager/Account Manager - Hyper Markets
- Gluten Free Breads, Pastries & Other Products (Any Nationality) - Immediate Onboarding preferable**

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager with leadership experience to manage our Exclusive Gluten Free & Vegan bakery products channel sales - AL Meera Hypermarket Stores, Monoprix Hypermarket Stores, Talabat Mart, Lulu Hypermarkets, Carrefour Hypermarkets.

The position is salaried, full-time, and based in Doha, Qatar. Pay range is commensurate with experience. Our benefits include health coverage, Accommodation, Transportation, yearly air ticket to home country. Leaves and other allowances will be as per Qatar Labor Law.

Employee responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Driving and achieving companies weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and revenue targets in coordination with delivery team. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your account.

Managing the shelf space of your retail channel, increase the visibility in the shelf, shelf stock management, return management.

Managing a team of merchandisers, delivery drivers. Van salesmen and ensuring easy stock allocation, display and sales.

4. Stock Management, Reducing and managing the product sales stock returns in par with company policies.

5. Opening new hypermarket accounts to increase the market penetration and sales volume.

6. Building Rapport with the employees/stake holders of your account. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Collecting and analyzing market data to learn more about consumer behavior.

Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.

Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Identifying industry trends.

Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
