Sales Executive

Familiarity with greenhouse structures, including construction, maintenance, and operation.
Understanding of climate control systems and their impact on crop cultivation within controlled environments.
Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques, such as irrigation, pest control, and monitoring.
Understanding of the seed market, including current trends, key players, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with seed suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
Familiarity with different seed varieties and their suitability for various agricultural practices.
Knowledge of various types of fertilizers, including organic and synthetic options.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the agricultural industry.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Sales: 3 years (required)
- agricultural: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Qatar Driving License (required)
