Responsibilities and Authorities
- **Responsible for**:

- Maintaining and improving relationships with assigned existing Clients
- Conducting market research and acquiring new Clients, as per the given target and directions from the Sales Director
- Orders; from Request for Quotation to Collection of payment and Client feedback
- Requesting quotations from approved Suppliers, comparing and selecting quotations
- Calculating cost estimations and providing data to the Administrative Assistant to prepare quotations o Monitoring market trends and increasing product and service knowledge
- Proposing new products and proposals for pitching to assigned Clients for specific events o Holding presentations for assigned Clients
- Meeting the individual sales targets
- Submitting sales reports as instructed by the Sales Director
- Positively coaching and mentoring assigned Sales Executives
- Working according to established policies and procedures
- Integrating into the team and contributing to a healthy workplace culture
