**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for various facilities and equipment.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of maintenance records, repairs, and service history.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Assist in sourcing and ordering replacement parts, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure effective execution of maintenance projects.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and initiate reorders when necessary.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports for management review.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
