Currently, we are looking for a Front Office Admin Executive to join our team in Qatar office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet guests
- Telephone management
- Managing appointments ,Phone calls and attendance
- Guest House Accommodation Management
- Manage 2 warehouses for all kind of administrative works
- Resolve the maintenance issue in GH/QFZ/warehouses
- QID Renewals of all Qatar employee
- New resident visas
- QFZ & Qatar office document maintenance and renewals
- Filling of all documents, employees files, audit/QAQC files
- Purchasing of office stuff/laptops/logistics
- DHL Management
- Maintain the employee official mobiles numbers and bill payments
- QVC appointments
- Maintain the company vehicles/ Arrangement of vehicles
- Medical Insurance of all employees
- Hotel booking
- Requisitions, Admin petty cash
- IT work/ resolve the IT issue of GH/Office and employees
- Printing of visiting's cards, letter head/ envelops
- Maintain all Qatar employee data/ files
- Designation change of employees
- Sponsor change of employees
- Employee ID card issuance
- Managing drivers and client invoice and cheque deliveries
- Print and deliver site invoices for all Qatar projects on request
- Maintain and update all Qatar Admin vendors Manage office Stationary, printers furniture etc

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years plus experience

**Additional Requirements**:

- Driving License with car is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and multi-tasking
- Good management skills
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft office
- PRO/ GRO experience will be preferred
