**Job Title**: Reliever Admin Support for Maintenance Department

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding coffee and ice cream machine maintenance queries and maintenance.
- Coordinate the delivery, installation, and servicing of coffee and ice cream machines at client locations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to address questions, feedback, and requests promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies for coffee equipment, ice cream machines and spare parts and assist clients with reordering as needed.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for machines, ensuring mínimal disruption to clients.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including service reports and client interactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely resolutions of client issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in a similar industry (food and beverage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
