Assistant HR Manager

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Assist HOD with all aspects of daily running HR & Admin operations, from hiring new employees to handling employee complaints and concerns, responsible for the implementation of Company’s HR rules and policies with regards to staffing, hiring, compensation & benefits, Accommodation management and payroll processing.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree, HR Management, MBA or/degree in relevant field.
- Professional certification SHRM, HRCP, CIPD is an advantage
- Experience : 5-10 years in large manpower services company
- Sound knowledge of Qatar Labor Legislation,
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1- Provide maximum support to the Manager by considering the business and resolving employee’s issues on time.
2- Ensure activities meet and integrate with company’s requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal, and local labor regulation.
3- Ensure proper implementation of Company’s HR policies as per the Corporate rules.
4- Maintain compliance with Qatar employment-related laws and regulations.
5- Coordinate a centralized recruiting and selection process with Al Moheet manpower in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff as per project’s requirement
6- Assist in preparing Job Description as per the assigned role and responsibilities.
7- Supervise the roosting and time sheets processing from operations and projects’ sites to ensure accurate data for payroll and leave or final settlement.
8- Draft disciplinary letters, EOS notices according to local labor law and send to Group Chief HR for approval.
9- Review employees’ performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards and addressing any issues that arise.
10- Recommend any changes in policies to comply with operation’s requirement and ensure its implementation.
11- Analyze operational indicators to improve employees’ performance.
12- Manage and supervise company’s accommodation (Camps, staff): Rooms occupancy optimization, maintenance requirements or preventive maintenance.
13- Ensure that Accommodation’s SOP f is well implemented without failure
14- Deliver timely and periodic report about HR indicateurs : Hiring, Demobilization, Headcount analysis

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
