Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers and businesses.
Be available to customers, approach and maintain good relations with assigned territory customers/accounts.
Interface with customers, share company profile and strength, establish relations, do customer needs assessment, present strengths of product and solutions.
Maintain visibility as per demand and expected orders.
Inspire influencers and decision makers at customer place for successfully closing deals.
Study competition, communicate market information & offer attractive customer proposal.
Maintain up-to dates sales and communicate demands.
Liaise with the back office, services, and logistics function to ensure delivery & installation as per customer satisfaction debt recovery etc.
Responsible customer relation management, sales growth, and expansion.
Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Knowledge of the local market and have existing connections.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Recommend adequate stock availability.
Archive agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
**Requirements**:
Must be Good English
Must be in Qatar with NOC
Experience in B2B Sales (Vodafone plus point)
**Willing to work on commission basis.**
Must have a driving License
You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a great team player, portraying a structured and goal-oriented work philosophy and possessing following additional competencies:
