- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally with a focus on key or strategic accounts.
- Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a B2B setting.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and customer relationship management.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation abilities, with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage client contracts.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to drive business decisions and improve account management.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Able to handle challenging client situations and provide creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities.
