**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the garments or fashion industry.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including retailers, department stores, online platforms, and wholesalers, through effective lead generation techniques and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to facilitate business partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure alignment of product offerings with market trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and pain points.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business deals and partnerships.
- Monitor industry competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and fashion exhibitions to expand the professional network, build brand awareness, and explore potential partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, ethical practices, sustainability initiatives, and ensure the company's operations align with industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the garments or fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to identify business opportunities, analyze risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and market research as required.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, ethical practices, and sustainability initiatives within the fashion industry is a plus.

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
