Executive Assistant

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Rack up daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
- Take minutes during meetings.
Qualifications:
- Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
- A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in administrative support functions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's (preferred)
