is coming to hire highly-skilled Cargo professionals - QAS is the award winning, premier ground handling organization whose global headquarter is at Hamad International Airport (HIA), the hub airport of Qatar Airways.
What QAS Cargo Handling Does?
With more than three decades of experience in air freight business, QAS Cargo provides services like Import & Expert Handling, Special Cargo Handling and Cool Chain, for 34 Passenger and Cargo Airlines, handling more than 1.8 million tons annually at Hamad International Airport.
Who are we hiring?- Ground Handling Agent- Cargo Services Agent- Cargo Transport Driver- Cargo Customer Services Agent- Lead Flight Planning Agent
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Ground Handling Agent
- Physical handling of Cargo including Special Products in timely and safely manner. No experience required.
- Fluent communication in English and basic Numeric literacy is required.
- Valid home country driving license is preferred.
Cargo Transport Driver
- Provide vehicular support to ensure efficient Cargo movement. Valid home country Light driving license is required.
- Interested to receive training to drive forklift, tractor, light vehicles etc.
- Fluent communication in English and basic Numeric literacy is required.
- Some Cargo experience is preferred.
Cargo Services Agent
- Responsible for Cargo handling tasks within QAS cargo internal/ external terminal facilities, including build-up, breakdown, delivery and customer service related issues.
- Fluent communication in English and basic Numeric literacy is required.
- 1+ years of Cargo experience is required.
- Valid home country driving license is preferred.
Cargo Customer Services Agent
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience preferably within Air Cargo/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing industry is required
- Spoken Arabic is a plus.
Lead Flight Planning Agent
- Responsible to plan, monitor and ensure 100% utilization and optimization of available positions on the flight as per FBL.
- 2 years of experience of Special Cargo handling (Dangerous Goods, Perishables, Live Animal) is required.
