**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Enforcing attendance policies and procedures
- Investigating and resolving attendance-related issues
- Managing the company's payroll system
- Preparing and submitting documents for payroll reports
- Manage the company's HRMS system
- Investigate and resolve attendance-related issues
- Provide support to employees with questions about their pay or attendance
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR software
- Ensure that HR systems are integrated with other company systems
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in attendance and payroll management
- Experience with information technology, including payroll and timekeeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
