**Key Responsibilities**:

- New business development and existing customer management for management system certifications.
- Establishes sales strategies to develop business through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs in this market.
- Lead Business Development for all major/key opportunities in coordination with the certification Business Line Manager.
- Management and growth with key accounts as may be defined by Sales Manager and Business Line Manager.
- Build and strengthen good relationship with clients, prospects, and associations.
- Coordination of regional/global contracts.
- Provide market information on certification.
- Lead the sales team in identifying the business leads and secure the business.
- Monitoring and reporting sales leads, activities, opportunities and pipeline.
- Preparation and coordination of seminars for Certification & Training products.
- Support with marketing tools such as presentation material, profiles, catalogs, reference lists, completion/appreciation letters, etc.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing / business development
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry is preferred
- Keen eye for exploring business opportunities
- Driven, passionate about sales
- Strong sales acumen
- Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
