Business Development Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals, specifically targeting the healthcare industry in Qatar.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and nursing agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's growth within the healthcare sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with the company's service offerings.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Track business performance, preparing regular reports on sales, revenue, and growth metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on Qatar’s healthcare policies, ensuring compliance and adapting business strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development within the healthcare industry in Qatar.
- Previous experience working with nursing services or home healthcare agencies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, regulations, and potential partnerships in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a team, and meet targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with nursing agencies or other healthcare service providers in Qatar.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
