Visitor Experience Operations Officer

The Visitor Experience Officer is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. This role involves collaborating with tour operators (online and onsite), acting as a liaison between visitors and organizational teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service. The Officer plays a pivotal role in championing customer service, resolving visitor concerns, and driving engagement initiatives and helping manage bookings and provide reports/analysis as needed.
Key responsibilities include engaging with individual and group visitors to enhance their experience, fostering partnerships with third-party operators, and gathering on-ground feedback to inform strategic decisions. The Officer is expected to bring strong interpersonal skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and a collaborative approach to the evolving visitor experience landscape. This is also a strategic role which requires the officer to develop project plans, conduct research on new initiatives and develop and lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Given that this is an evolving and growing role, key skills to ensure success include problem solving, flexibility, communication, and being a self-starter willing to ‘go the extra mile’.
**Role responsibilities** will include Relationship Management & Engagement, Strategic Initiatives, Event Planning & Coordination, Tailored Communications, Data Management & Reporting.
**Role requirements**: 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, or development, museum or non-profit experience preferred. Proven experience in project management: experience in event planning and execution. Proficiency in CRM management software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Arts Administration, or a related field. PMP Certificate is a plus, **proficiency in Arabic is a must.**
Pay: Up to QAR12,300.00 per month
