Reception/ Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and capable Receptionist/ sales coordinator to assist us with Reception work and sales. In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, arranging sales calls, and liaising with the public. You may also be required to manage office supplies.
To ensure success as an Receptionist/ sales coordinator, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a role.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Reporting to management and performing Reception duties.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
- Managing in calls and outcalls with the clients.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Monitoring Studio supplies and ordering replacements.
- File employee paperwork inappropriate files. Scan when appropriate and in a timely manner.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering
- Learn details about our service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated customer database

- A minimum of two years of experience is required.
